The 30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return on unused items in their original packaging. Email support@zooxic.com with your order number and we'll send a return label.
Condition
- Include the blower, battery, charger and any nozzles received.
- Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original packaging.
- Missing accessories may reduce the refund amount.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in AUD to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return being scanned by our warehouse. Shipping is not deducted.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
