What's covered
- Motor and drive electronics failure under normal domestic use.
- Battery cells falling below 60% of rated capacity.
- Charger faults and manufacturing defects.
What isn't covered
- Accidental damage, water immersion, or commercial-scale daily use.
- Cosmetic wear, scratches and discolouration.
- Repairs or modifications by third parties.
Making a claim
Email support@zooxic.com with your order number and a short video of the fault. Most claims are resolved with a replacement part or unit shipped free within Australia.
