Every Zooxic order ships free and tracked, from our Australian warehouse.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, go out the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra metro: 2–4 business days
- Perth, Hobart, Darwin metro: 3–6 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier. If tracking hasn't moved for three business days, email support@zooxic.com and we'll chase it up.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Australian addresses only, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers. We don't ship internationally.
